Grasswood Horse Park Access
To use the Grasswood Horse Park premises and amenities for any horse-related activity (and before you receive a gate code), we require that you submit the following:
digitally signed waiver forms
Completed and signed 1. waiver form/release of liability and 2. Safety Equipment Acknowledgement.
a Corman Park Horse Riders Association (CPHRA) Membership
Members in the same household may be submitted on one form. Please ensure that names and insurance numbers are included in the space provided.
a copy of current SHF/PTSO membership (or proof of $2 M in personal liability)
payment via etransfer to CPHRA
Allow 3 business days once application is complete for park volunteers to email your access codes to you. Membership is based on calendar year. Codes are good from May to October.
To use the Natural Trail Course, each rider/handler must hold a CPHRA Membership and a Natural Trail Course Pass.

Park Supporters require no waivers, and no SHF/proof of liability insurance. Supporters will receive member rights and communications.

Steps to Purchasing Your CPHRA Membership and/or Natural Trail Course Pass
Sign and Submit the Waiver Forms
Determine if you need the Adult or Minor (under 18) waiver forms (or both).
The waiver forms can be signed and submitted online.
Complete the Membership Form
Submit Any Remaining Documents or Forms
Pay for Memberships and/or Passes
Etransfer fee(s) total from the registration form to cphra2012@gmail.com. Include member name in comment box to ensure you are credited with payment.
