There are inherent hazards and risks associated with equine activities. Horses are unpredictable by nature and easily frightened, potentially placing the rider/handler and others in serious danger. Always be aware of your actions and consider how a horse may react. Avoid potentially hazardous situations for riders/handlers, horses and yourself. Do not make sudden and loud movements or noises when horses are nearby. If you encounter an agitated horse, do not attempt to assist the rider/handler. Remain calm, quietly move to a safe place and remain there until the situation is resolved.

Please be aware that risks, dangers and hazards exist throughout the trail, pathways, arena, and other areas and many are unmarked. I understand and acknowledge that no amount of caution, experience or instruction can eliminate all the risks involved and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damages or loss resulting therefrom.
